“You WILL NOT regret coming here! As a fellow healthcare provider, I was incredibly impressed with Matias’s knowledge and skills. I highly recommend seeing him for your aches, pains, or injuries. He actually gives you the amount of one-on-one time that you need, whereas most places will hand you off to a rehab tech. His approach to rehab and exercise is quite different from most physical therapists in a very functional way. Go see him!”
“I absolutely recommend Empowered Performance PT! Dr. Haller helped me through existing TMJ and neck issues as well as through new shoulder and knee injuries in only 7 visits. He goes above and beyond for his clients and nothing beats one on one sessions specifically designed to meet your needs.”
“I wish I had done physical therapy much earlier. I could have saved a few years of high level athletics and combat sports. He took care of my sore IT Band, corrected the over extension in my back and straightened out my alignment. He knows what he’s doing. I’ve been around enough great minds in athletics to know he understands in depth how the human body works. He does a good job of explaining some high level body mechanics, demonstrating the exercise movements and then he has a really convenient app to use for your exercises at home. I can’t recommend him enough. I’ve been telling all my friends to go see him.”
I strongly recommend Dr. Haller at EPPT. I’ve had back issues as long as I can remember. I have tried almost everything, and after dozens of chiropractors, several MD’s, and just as many scans, exercises and stretches, I was about to give up and get back surgery due to the chronic pain I was experiencing daily.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but after a couple of lessons I started seeing big a big difference. I wasn’t as stiff after waking up in the morning, my flexibility improved drastically, and my pain, although still there, became much more manageable.
If you’re having back/hip pain, please consider seeing Dr. Haller before attempting surgery. Several in my family have had back surgery, and I know first hand how risky it can be.
“Matias is an amazing physical therapist. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient. I have seen my fair share of physical therapists through a number of injuries and none have taken the time and care Matias has, to get the results I need to recover. I am so grateful to be working with him.”
Whether your pain has developed slowly over time or seemingly overnight, here are a few tips and things to consider to jumpstart your recovery and get back on track.
